I use this product with my interfit EX strobes. It works great and is easy to use. It takes only a few seconds to recharge so you can take photos quickly. Replacing the batteries often helps the recharge rate. The only draw back is that it is easily broken. Being lightweight means that its not very strong. Being wireless makes it very versitile and you don't need to worry about wires that get in the way.

I was looking for a wireless trigger that doesn't flash. This one flashes and I haven't been able to get the lighting right with it. I'm not sure how much I like it.
