I charged the battery and installed it in my camera. The camera powers up, gives a message "For infoLITHIUM battery only", then shuts down. The packaging shows the battery should be compatible. I have contacted Wolfhelp three times with no help other than an auto-response.

I use it to recharge the battery on my main camera
both in my home or in my vehicle. I can plug it in my wall socket or plug it into the inverter in my Jeep. It comes with adaptors for different size batteries. I will always have at least one of these at all times. I can't find any faults with this product because everyone can use it.
