Card reader touted to be "plug & play" with Widows ME but fails to connect because a needed file "USBNTMAP.SYS" was not found. This file was not available on the Windows ME re-installation disk. The result: no function. Any suggestions?

When you go to put the card in the light pops on for a second then it goes off. It is not reading the cards.
