I was looking for something to replace my personal trimmer from another company because it had stopped cutting right. I had heard a lot of good things about Tonic and decided to get this one... it is a good cutter. First cuts were jagged, but the kinks have al been worked out and I think this might become a favorite!

The paper is always cut evenly and it never leaves any jagged edges. Measuring with it is a snap. I use it for all scrapping and photo use.
