Full resolution photography using 60fps ultra-high speed burst mode capture the crucial moment
Using the still image burst mode, users can shoot at an ultra fast 60 frames per second. In burst mode, the frame rate can also be varied from between 1 and 60 frames per second while shooting. Up to 60 shots at can be taken at once, so 60 shots per second for one second, or 5 shots per second for 12 seconds, are possible.
Don't miss the crucial moment, prerecord Still images, using ultra-high speed burst
Users can record images not just at the instant they press the shutter button, but before! Continuously recording at up to 60 images per second, a maximum of 60 images can be saved in the camera’s own buffer memory even before the shutter button is depressed. Even if users press the shutter a little late, they will still be able to catch that vital moment.
Slow Motion View function lets users view and capture that critical moment in slow motion during still photography
Users can take photographs while, in the monitor, the momentary action that is before their eyes is displayed in slow motion. It is just as if they have slowed down the passing of time. Users can unhurriedly observe the motion of the subject as they press the shutter, ensuring that they never miss that crucial moment.
Rapid Flash function allows continuous shooting even in low light
It is possible while using flash to take up to 20 continuous shots at a speed of up to 7 frames per second, so even in low light, no more missed shots. Also, the internal LED light allows high speed burst shooting at between 10 and 60 frames per second.
Full High-Definition movies
The camera features Full High-Definition movie recording capability. Users can record beautiful movies at a screen size of 1920x1080 pixels, at a rate of 60 fields per second. The camera can be connected to an HD compatible television with a separately available HDMI cable to enjoy viewing movies.
High-Speed CMOS Sensor and newchip
The EXILIM EX-F1 is made possible by a new high-speed CMOS sensor and chip. These components enable recording of ultra high-speed continuous shutter images at full resolution, high-speed movies, Full High-Definition movies, and much more.
6 Million effective pixels
The beautiful, finely detailed images recorded by the EX-F1 are made possible by a new high speed CMOS sensor with 6 million effective pixels. Maximum image size is 2,816 x 2,112 pixels for beautiful high-resolution images of A3-size and larger.
Smooth function ring control
Simply rotate the function ring of the lens to adjust the continuous shutter (CS) speed, zoom, or focus. The CS speed even can be changed while a continuous shutter operation is in progress.
12X zoom with anti-shake
CMOS shift anti-shake makes it possible to shoot beautiful, blur-free images, even when shooting at 12X zoom. Now you can move in on faraway subjects for intimate, natural looking close-ups without worrying about image blur.
Movie button and dial for seamless recording
A dedicated movie button and movie dial support seamless recording of high-speed and Full High-Definition movies. Simply use the dial to select the mode you want to use, and then press the button to start recording.
High-performance, clear monitor screen
A clear, wide, 2.8-inch monitor screen displays recorded images in beautiful detail. High contrast, wide viewing angle, and high brightness help to make images clear and easy to view.
Best Shot Function
Simply select the BEST SHOT sample scene that matches the type of image you want to record and the camera sets up for it automatically. The result is a perfect image, even if it your first try.
Multiple recording modes: A, S, M
The mode dial lets you select aperture priority, shutter speed priority, or manual exposure in an instant. The manual mode provides you with plenty of creativity to blur backgrounds, shoot smooth images of running water, and more.
Three Auto Bracketing modes
You can record multiple images with incremental changes in the EV value (AE Bracketing), white balance (WB Bracketing), or focus (AF bracketing). You can specify the number of images to be recorded and the degree of variation from the base setting.
Face Detection
The camera detects faces automatically and adjusts for optimum focus and brightness. Focusing is perfect even if the subject is in front of a patterned background. Lighting is perfect even if the subject is backlit. The camera even follows the movement of moving subjects, which simplifies shooting images of active pets and kids.

Comments about Casio Casio EXILIM Pro EX-F1 6MP Digital Camera:
I found this camera through a review from another site, that reviewer said he felt the EX-F1 is more of a video camera with nice still capabilities, then a still camera with bonus video features, and I completely agree.
Still Camera wise, the sensor is 6 megapixels, which isn't bad, but by many cameras on the market, it's not exceedingly special either. On iso settings greater than 100 in low-light/ and indoor situations, images get pretty grainy, and the manual focus capabilities are alright, but a touch lacking, it works, but it's not amazing.
Where the camera really shines is in video footage and image series modes. The EX-F1 easily takes a sequence of up to 20 images at 7 fps with full flash intensity, you can also kick the speed up to almost anything from 8-60 fps, and it uses an extremely high speed led for the sequence, providing not the best, but adequate illumination. The high speed sequences are fantastic considering its one of very few cameras on the market that are capable of it at this price.
The camera also has 3 primary video recording modes, and 2 of the modes have additional modes. The first, and likely primary reason for purchasing this camera, is the high speed mode. High speed comes in 4 flavors, 300fps, 600fps, 1200 fps, and 30-300 fps. Due to the extremely fast record speed, it should go without saying that gratuitous lighting is extremely mandatory, besides shooting outside, the best indoor highspeed footage i've gotten with standard lights is when I pointed it directly at the bulb to see what it looked like when it turned on and off. Each higher speed requires more light, and the 30-300 mode captures light as thought it was 300 the entire time for continuity, just a heads up on that one. Also due to the size requirements the highspeed recording modes start just under standard NTSC resolution and quickly drop to a wide angle, low res zone at 1200fps. No matter which mode you're recording highspeed in, the viewer is dimmed, except for the area that will be recorded in the center of the viewer, helping line up footage to make sure that you get what you want.
The camera also has standard definition (which is actually slightly less than ntsc standard) and High def recording modes. Again, with adequate lighting, the video captured is very high nice, recording at 60fps progressive 1280x720 widescreen, or 30fps interlaced 1920x1080 widescreen. On a 16 gig SDHC card, you can get over an hour at 720p, and about 50 at 1080i.
The battery is by far one of the best features of the entire camera. I have another casio camera, and after a couple hours of carrying it around, it drains itself to less than 3/4 power. I purchased a spare 2400mah battery for this camera, and did a test, recording 720 over and over until I killed the battery, straight recording time I got 3 hours and 10 minutes on a single charge, I've also recorded about 20 minutes of video interspersed with randomly firing full 20 image sets with full intensity flash a couple dozen times, and the only time i've seen the battery indicator go below full, was during my life test.
Overall, if you're looking for a backup camera, or something that shoots highspeed footage for sports, or general fun, the F1 can't be beat. If you're looking for a high end camera for stills, you probably want to look elsewhere, unless video is also a concern for you.
