My 4YO son received this camera as a Christmas gift. What a disappointment! Even after putting in 2 different sets of batteries and a memory card, it won't even turn on. The manufacturer (not Crayola, this is a licensed product),[...] You would think that something with the Crayola brand on it would be a quality item. Apparently, Crayola is unaware that they have licensed their name to such a poor product. I did speak to a Crayola customer service rep, and she was very nice & said they would follow up with me tomorrow.This camera is going back to the store today. Don't buy this camera[...].

I spent more time trying to figure out the software on this camera than my own. The pictures have the wrong date stamp, and so get lost on the computer, and there are no instructions for the fairly complicated editing software. That doesn't really matter though, as I can't even bring up the picture I want to edit. OH yeah, the picture quality is terrible, too.

Instructions concerning formating a memory card seem to be for a different camera. Changing batteries is difficult at best.

Terrible product. Don't waste your money. I have twins and bought two. They are useless!! And I really mean useless. Screen is terrible, pic quality is worse.
