Purchased awhile back as my first flash to start messing around and I still use it. Its output and color temp is consistent and recycle time is more than satisfactory.

I bought this as my first ever flash just to practice off camera stuff. Its not in the realm of a SBxxx or xxxEX, but its a great backup and easy to use with other manual flashes. Once you know what you're doing it can be quite handy.

Recycle time is pretty good for the first 25-45 flashes (approximate,depending on batteries), after that it starts to lag.
