Took some pictures outside at night. Great flash with my D50. Slower than I expected since I had been using the camera flash only. But the QF30 does provide more light. It works with D50 ttl great. Price was same as SB400.

I first purchased the QF30 expecting to get average results, since I knew that there were more expensive flashes out there that had more professional features. As I took my first photo with it, I was overly suprised with the results. The QF30 also has a convenient bounce-head feature that allows you to bounce the light from a 0 to 90 degree angle.
Overall, I am very satisfied with the product and would recommend it to anyone. I use the flash on a D80 and it can turn any dark situation into a bright, warm photo.
