I just got this bag for my birthday today! and I absolutely LOVE IT! so comfortable, I love all the storage compartments for my gear and my wallet and loose ends I can put inside. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!
I have my Canon XTI, Canon 50mm, Tamron AF 18-200, Kit lens, filters,Macro extenders and my 430EX II

I use the Trekker 200 to store my camera and lenses and all my accessories in one convenient place. Since I am still learning the many features of my new camera, it is nice to have my instruction manual handy too.

I mostly use this bag to store, transport my gear and when I go on family outing for the day. It may look a little on the small side but don't let that fool you. Like the head line says it's the little bag that could. I can put my Nikon D80/W Sigma 18-200mm lens, SB 600 Flash, Sigma Super Wide Angle Lens, Tameron 75-300mm Lens, Sigma 30mm lens, Nikon 24-85mm lens and after all that theirs even a little padded spot left for another small lens like a 30mm 1.4. But I use it for extra batteries and charger ect. I was also surprised that the zippered cover had this much more space. Perfect for lens cleaning kit, cords, memory cards, and good room for lens hoods or a lunch. The two side pockets are a little on the small side but work great for cell phones and such. It also has two straps underneath so you can carry your tripod horizontally works great. the construction of the bag is tough I wouldn't expect anything less form LOWEPRO they did a good job.

I use the bag to cary a canon xti with 70-200 f4L attached. It easily fits!!! I can also comfortably fit the 18-55mm kit lens, canon 75-300mm lens, quantraray 50-200mm lens and canon 430EX speedlite. I can also fit several CF cards, card reader, battery charger, and cleaning cloths. Cell phone fits in either external side pocket. Love the clip for holding keys in the front zip pocket. I have the Canon large over the shoulder bag that I can loop over the back of the stroller (when out at the zoo). I use the backpack for nature trails. Love that it keeps my hands free and I don't have to worry about my bag falling off my shoulder. So much easier to carry my gear. The chest strap (slides to adjust lower or higher) and the sternum strap are nice extras. I would definitely buy this bag again!!!

The bag will NOT hold a SLR D-200 with a 70-200MM VR lens attached. If you fit the 70-200VR, in the bag, your camera will sit crooked.
But it's an excellent bag. Just wish it about about two inches longer.

I advised my friend to get this backpack. I was able to put my SLR, flash, lenses and around 15 rolls of film in it. And I still had more room to spare. Well padded, protects my camera all the time. I've accidentally dropped the bag numerous times and my camera is still mint condition.
