Love this lens....I was invited to shoot for my children's wrestling club and was very limited with my indoor shots. I only had the lens that my camera kit came with, (as I am just starting out)and I needed something that was inexpensive, let in alot of light, and was great at fast action. This lens is perfect for me. I shoot mostly indoors in a gym type setting with no windows where the lighting is very poor. This lens handles my situations perfectly and I was very suprised with the quality of photos!!!! I just wish it wasnot so light!!! It feels like a toy!....but, if you shoot indoors and don't want to spend a fortune, this is a great lens to have. I recommend it for an essential in you lens kit!!!

The lens is very light, and its small and compact design makes for very easy storing. It also makes the camera lighter, which I personally like for long trips. You have to know that this is the lens you are going to want to use at certain places. If you will be taking pictures of far away landscapes or people, you will definately want this lens. Excellent Price for a great lens.

I bought this lens to expand my line up of lenses. I wasn't expecting the great quality images that this lens produces. Although it is really small and the body is made out of plastic, this lens is very powerful. This lens has a great price of just over a hundred dollars, and this is a very lightweight of this lens. Overall, I would reccomend this product to any photographer looking for a good lens on a low budget! Be prepared to be AMAZED!
