I use it in my mobile studio set up, it is easy to use and set-up and tear down is a breeze. It's compact enough to fix in a duffle bag. I set the lighting about 6 feet from subject leaving ample room behind subject 20 - 30 feet when possible. They work well together off of camera flash. I recommend this product as I use it a lot.
