The Two Light Kit offers a quick portable set up with everything needed to obtain great images. The main light illuminates your subject(s) while the fill light lessens shadows and lowlights while still achieving depth and contour. Included is a 5-ft. x 8-ft. Slate Gray background along with two Large 3M Command Strips. These strips attach quickly to a wall or window allowing you to hang your background instantly. A floor-positioning mat directs you on placement of your lights, camera and subject(s). The Instructional DVD will walk you through how to operate and understand your digital camera, step-by-step set up of your kit, lighting and posing, along with many tips and techniques to enhance your images.

The floor layout seems kinda weird with the flowers and such it would be nicer if it was a blank floor layout with marks where to put the light. It makes it so you have to remember where to put the light on each flower or square or dot, but everything else is great and I would suggest it to anybody who is wanting to start portrait photography.

I use the product to capture images indoor using a manual mode on my camera and I use it to fill- in while shooting outside images. It is wonderful for all occassions
