The Three Light Kit offers a quick portable set up with everything needed to obtain great images. The main light illuminates your subject(s) while the fill light lessens shadows and lowlights while still achieving depth and contour. This kit also features the addition of a background light. Utilizing a background light, you?ll create depth and three dimensions to your subject. Included is a 5-ft. x 8-ft. Slate Gray background along with two Large 3M Command Strips. These strips attach quickly to a wall or window allowing you to hang your background instantly. A floor-positioning mat directs you on placement of your lights, camera and subject(s). The Instructional DVD will walk you through how to operate and understand your digital camera, step-by-step set up of your kit, lighting and posing, along with many tips and techniques to enhance your images.

I really enjoyed this product. It was wonderful to get great portraits with my first setup and now
my portraits are getting better and better. Some of the materials - umbrellas and silver light fixtures could be sturdier.

I am just starting out in the photography business and we couldnt have come across a better set of lighting to learn on and continue using!! The instructional dvd and setting maps were a snap to follow. I thank you and I am sure my clients would thank you also!!!

Use the lights in a 10 x 10 booth at pet shows. The lights work well but are very hot in confined spaces. The animals get hot very quickly and I would assume a human subject would also. A good choice for someone looking for an inexpensive start up set but would be better in larger, more open settings.
