Comments about Visual Land Visual Land V-Core 8GB MP5/2.8" Widescreen/MicroSD (Stainless Steel):
I got this for my grown son thinking it might be nice for him to have something to keep his kids photos on. I sent it to him and he sent it back to me because he could not figure out how to use it.
I looked in the book and there are no photos of what each button represents. I finally saw the words on the back in very faint letters. I charged it up fully and went to turn it on. The menu pops up and you can scroll through the menu but can not let the whole menu display at once. The buttons are so flat that it hurts my hand using them. The manual is of no help at all. It has to be the worst written manual I have seen in a long time. I wrote to the company for help because all I could figure out how to do is turn the thing on, transfer music and got the music to play. I transferred photos but they will not show and I could not figure out how to get a movie in it. This thing sucks. Customer service asks a lot of questions irrevellant to what I was asking. For instance I wrote to them stating that I can not figure out how to get the movie on the player, can not get the photos to play but the music works fine. What do I need to do. They wrote me back and asked me where did I get the movie from. I wrote back and said it is a movie I made using my flip recorder. they wrote back and said just drag the movie. i said it does not play they wrote back and asked me where did i get the movie from. Mind you it was a few days in between getting responses back from them. I finally gave up and am sending it back. too frustrating of an ordeal
