This item was wayyyyy better than I expected. the drum is bigger than it appears in picture. The straps are durable, has a lot of space inside and is easy to use.
I love the yarn drum so much I plan on getting another one!

I received one as a gift and loved it so much that I bought the other two colors. The yarn drum is the perfect size for all knitting and crocheting projects. It is large enough to fit an afghan without being too large or cumbersome. It has two slots that allow easy access to projects and they can be quickly pushed back in when you are through working. They are great for traveling or around the house. I have the three different colors so I can easily grab the project I want to work on. Depending on the size of your project you could easily put a couple of projects in one drum. Also, the two slots make it easy to keep yarns separate when doing color work. I absolutely love these yarn drums.
